The compliance of a BTS site can be predicted using 2 methods:

• calculation of EIRP
• software (using ray-tracing algorithms)

The test results are presented in a report form which includes antenna parameters and a cross-sectional map of power density in the plane of interest. The information can be used by the authorities (for what?) and the general public (for what?).

The report also contains exclusion zones for telco workers and public.

The report also includes recommendation for installing warning signs on the BTS. 

Based on the simulated results, if exposure found that the exposure is 30% more than ICNIRP public, EMF measurements are recommended.
